“ Great food and you must try the Italian margarita Always go there with my girl friends for lunch. Never disappointed ”
“ Everything was great! Food is delicious and there's a little window where you can watch your pizza in the process. Servers are all so nice and prompt. The music is good and not too loud. TVs are on with CC. Didn't have one, but next time will be trying one of the adult beverages! Also, the restrooms are fully closed stalls and I love that. ”
“ Last minute decision to meet a friend for lunch. We were both pleasantly surprised at our meals. I had the French dip on the lunch menu and my friend had the chicken Parmesan sandwich on the lunch menu. Service was great. Kept our drinks refilled and very friendly. Ambiance isn't much as far as the dining room. I will add that whoever chose the 80s playlist has impeccable taste. We will be back and keep Pizza Shack on our rotation. Didn't get any pics. Sorry. ”
“ Our server was an older gentleman. Super kind and he recognized our toddler was hangry and offered to bring out a couple breadsticks for her. Which really turned our experience around. This would've been a 4 star experience if not for service. The pasta did not come out hot. The pizza could've been cooked slightly longer. The calzone was good. But didn't come out cut. Would definitely return again. ”
“ Server was very helpful in making recommendations, and was spot on about the onion rings. They are pretty phenomenal! There were three grownups in our party and despite the name of the redtaurant, there was not a pizza ordered by any of us! Chef salad, Cordon Bleu and wings filled our table top first and then our bellies. All good and delivered quickly. We saw lots of families and groups dining. We were just passing through but would eat here again if we were local. ”
“ My family and I came for lunch on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating available. We had the nicest waiter who was very accommodating and got us what we needed. We started with the appetizer sampler with garlic bread, fried mozzarella and fried ravioli. It was all super delicious and we devoured it. For our entree, we got the veggie pizza and spinach and garlic. The spinach and garlic was my favorite! I really loved the flavors of it. For 2 pizzas, 1 appetizer, and 4 drinks our total was $85 which was pretty good. ”
“ Amazing experience!! What a great date night! Short wait so we sat at the bar and decided to stay there! The service from the bartenders was impeccable and the drinks were great!! My husband enjoyed a Mexican old fashion and a standard Old fashion and enjoyed both!! I sipped from the seasonal menu and will definitely be going back to see what Fall brings! Caprese salad was okay. The vinaigrette was perfect, cheese was fresh, but I was not a fan of the spring mix. Pizza was beyond delish!! We will definitely be back. Don't skip dessert--get the bread pudding! ”
“ Pizza Shack in Montgomery, TX: A Slice of Culinary Heaven Pizza Shack in Montgomery, TX, holds a special place in my heart and is a must-visit spot whenever my wife and I are in town visiting family. Known for their phenomenal pizza, which never disappoints, it's a staple for us. Their pizza is the epitome of perfection, with a crispy, flavorful crust that holds up slice after delicious slice. The crunch of the crust and the balance of flavors in each bite make it a culinary delight. On our latest visit, we decided to switch things up and try their salads, which turned out to be an amazing choice. I had the Greek salad, and my wife enjoyed the strawberry walnut salad. Both were fresh, flavorful, and provided a lighter dinner option that was much appreciated after a heavier lunch earlier in the day. The ingredients were fresh, and the dressings complemented each salad beautifully. The staff at Pizza Shack deserve commendation for their friendliness and engagement, making the dining experience even more pleasant. The cleanliness of the restaurant, including the restrooms, speaks volumes about their attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable environment. A highlight of Pizza Shack is their full bar, offering a wide selection of beverages. I must mention their beer - they serve what I believe to be the coldest beer in Texas. My Crawford Bock, served in an iced beer mug, was exceptionally refreshing and the perfect antidote to a hot Texas day. In summary, Pizza Shack in Montgomery, TX, is more than just a pizza place; it's a versatile eatery that caters to all tastes and preferences. Whether you're craving a classic, crunchy pizza or a light, tasty salad, this place has it all, along with the friendliest service and the coldest beer. Can't wait for our next visit! ”
“ We came here for pizza because we were in the area, it was getting late, and the kids were hungry. Funny enough, the menu was so varied that none of us got the pizza. We had 2 adults, a preteen, and 2 toddlers. My preteen and I got the large sized strawberry walnut salad (we swapped the Gorgonzola for feta because we aren't fans of the Gorgonzola) with raspberry vinaigrette. It was incredibly good! There were plenty of toppings and dressing. They obviously didn't cheap out on us. The lettuce and strawberries were fresh and flavorful. I would definitely order this again and I'll probably be craving it. My husband ordered the caprese salad. It was alright. Just what would be expected of a caprese salad with lettuce. I'm not sure what kind of dressing it came with but he got some balsamic and used that instead, going with the traditional flavors. The ingredients were fresh but it wasn't outstanding and I'm not sure he would order it again. My 3 year old ordered the Mac and cheese. I'm positive he was 100% expecting the leading boxed brand as he normally refuses to eat anything but that. There's a first time for everything, he ate it ALL! No complaints, no hesitation, and not even a question about his usual brand choice. This is a huge win as he is monumentally picky. One note on this, my 3 year old is a type one diabetic and there was no nutrition information available for any of the food. I would love to see that shared somewhere or available on their website. My almost 2 year old for the ravioli. He's never had ravioli before but he loved it. I was a bit nervous because most of these places serve ravioli with crunchy edges or barely any sauce. These were perfectly pillowy, well cooked, and there was plenty of sauce. It came with 4 good-sized raviolis and he ate it all! I think it's the perfect serving for little kids. They satisfied everybody in my family and that is HARD so we will likely be back. The restaurant is loud and there are a lot of large groups. We didn't mind the large groups or noise but we have 3 kids so not much bothers us by way of noise. We were quoted a 35 minute wait in a Friday night and I think it was actually closer to 20, so that was nice. I do think they had other areas that may have been a little nicer or better for a smaller group or a date but I'm not sure. There were a lot of people dressed up nicely so I'm sure people go there for group events. ”
